Design
A consultant from IAI will work directly with the client and any other advisors
to assess the situation and establish the retirement plan that best fits the
client's objectives and needs. IAI provides studies of costs and benefits
of different types of retirement plans, including defined benefit, age-weighted,
new comparability, and floor-offset plans. IAI will recommend the best plan
design and perform testing necessary to ensure compliance with applicable
portions of the Internal Revenue Code.
