Sara had over fifteen years of experience with various companies on both coasts before joining IAI in 2009.  Previous employers include Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), Fidelity Investments, and Standard Retirement Services.  Sara has worked primarily on defined benefit plans of all shapes and sizes and has an extensive background in financial accounting and mergers and acquisitions.  Throughout her career, Sara has worked on fun and challenging cases, but finds her passion simply working with smaller employers.  She understands that the business is about more than just numbers - It’s a relationship between her and her clients.

Outside of work, Sara puts away her HP calculator and spends time with her husband and two kids.  She loves reading, yoga, traveling, and volunteering.
