Alan J. Stonewall, FSPA, MAAA, EA

 

  Alan is a past President of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (1990) as well as Chairperson and Member of the Actuarial Standards Board (1996-2002). He also served two terms on the Board of The Actuarial Foundation and currently serves on its Actuarial Education and Research Committee. He has been a pension actuary and consultant since 1969, and founded Stonewall Pension Service, Inc. (SPS Consulting) prior to joining IAI. At IAI, Alan focuses on new plan design and a broad range of employee benefit consulting projects. He enjoys participating in the IAI running group.
